I'm a workaholic. *这句话既可以是褒义也可以是贬义。
它是”工作的”(work )和“酒精中毒”( alcoholic )的混合语。另外可以把喜欢吃巧克力的人说成"chocoholic" , 把购物狂说成"shopahofic"。口语中常用。

*fill out”在空白处填写”。form是 “填写用表”。
