The CIS intramural program is a fun, free lunchtime sports league offered to students from grades 6 to 12. Students form their own coed teams and choose their team names and colours. They face off against each other and against teacher teams as well. It is a perfect opportunity to work together on a different level. The goal is to be active, build teamwork and leadership skills, and above all, have fun!

Our senior intramural ultimate frisbee league came to an end today with competitive and fun to watch finals. Our students have been battling it out in this league for the past 2 months and showcased great skills and understanding of ultimate frisbee as a sport. Clifford Soccer Champions League Season 3 coming up next for high school intramurals and Handball League Season 2 for middle school.
