KIM是美国佛罗里达州教师联盟总干事。1999年作为访问学者来中国，一个偶然的机会，她来来到了阳朔，来到了第一届疯狂英语集训营，她惊呆了！她震撼了！她从来没有见过像集训营这样疯狂的学员，从来没有见过像李阳老师这样疯狂的老师！作为教师的她，也没有见过一门外语课，竟能用这样激动人心的方式上！回到美国后，她把自己在阳朔的经历告诉了她所有的朋友，而她自己，也整夜整夜地为疯狂英语而激动，而辗转反侧，夜不能寐！就这样，一个月后，她毅然辞去了美国的工作，重新回到了中国，成为了疯狂英语队伍中一员干练的女将！
