其实这句话里一个非常重要的词就是“忍受”。那“忍受”在英语中所对应的表达太多了，比如tolerate, endure, bear, stand这些词，还有短语“put up with”在口语中也有“忍受”的意思。
这些词或者是短语用法一样吗？有什么区别吗？
1）tolerate 表示宽容或容忍某人及其某些行为，语气较弱，所忍受的现象一般不会带来多大的痛苦。
比如说，She tolerated his bad manner, hoping that he would behave better. （她容忍着他的不礼貌，希望他能变好。）
那这里tolerate就跟“受够了”有语义范围的区别。
2）endure 表示长时间地忍受痛
苦、不适，强调忍受的持久性。在疑问句和否定句中，与can 或could连用，表示忍受一些非常严重的事情。
比如说，I can’t endure talking to a lier. （我受不了和谎话连篇的人交谈。）
因此，这里的endure是可以用在“我受够了！”这句话里的第一个词，I cannot endure that 
any more。
3）bear 是一般用语，含义较广，指对各种困难和痛苦的忍受。
比如说， I can’t bear the noise. （我不能忍受这些噪音。）
因此，这里的bear是可以用在“我受够了！”这句话里的第二个词，I cannot bear that any more。
4）stand 和 put up with 
都是口语用法，均不能用于进行时态，表示经受得起或能忍受某种困境和考验，常用于否定和疑问句中。
Old people can’t stand cold weather. （老人们受不了寒冷的天气。）
You'll have to put up with it.（你只好委屈一点。）
因此，如果口语表达“我受够了！”可以用上stand 或者 put up with。
I cannot bear that any more.
I cannot endure that any more.（严重程度高）
I cannot put up with that any more.
I cannot stand that any more.
另外，这里的“够”不需要用enough这样的词来表达，用“any more”（不再）更妥帖。
